The comic book legend passed away this morning (Monday) at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. He was 95.
Lee, who co-founded Marvel Comics in 1961, had suffered various medical problems over the past year. He's survived by his daughter J.C. His wife Joan died last year. (TMZ)
