Today, parents and students should know that the deadline to meet the requirements for Bright Futures Scholarship is here. With the pandemic causing a number of push backs, holds and even cancellations have happened and effected some. Schools have also been effected- in Florida SAT and ACT test scores are one of the requirements for students to apply for certain scholarships and applying for admission into state universities. Though Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis extended the deadline "for recent high-school graduates to meet S-A-T and -A-C-T test score requirements" many were left waiting for new dates to take the test.
